MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENTS - NEW BUILDS, PROCUREMENT & FURNITURE INSTALLS

Project Parameters: Provide designs and procurement for Greenlight Communities' attainable multi-family apartments and their amenity spaces across the Arizona valley. Include passionate, Client Profiles for apartment model units to help future residents visualize their apartment's potential. Use playful finishes for reception areas, game rooms, fitness centers, and offices to sell a sense of community. Install furniture for their upscale Cabana apartments or approachable Streamliner apartments to ensure promising pricing for any resident.

Design Programs: AutoCAD, InDesign, SpecSources & Excel

Designer Role: My responsibility was creating Client Profiles to give the storyline of who is residing in the model unit. I selected the model unit and amenity space furniture and accessories and displayed my selections on presentations made with InDesign. I produced all furniture plans with AutoCAD and drafted the furniture to scale. I organized larger, Cabana procurement with SpecSources and smaller, Streamliner procurement with Excel. On install days, I directed furniture placement, unboxed and placed accessories, and shopped for extra accessories to add the finishing touch! At Creative License International, I experienced all stages of a Greenlight Communities project.
