​Certification Parameters: Sit for the three-part exam that measures the needed core competencies for safe, functional, and innovative design practice. Each exam has an emphasis on public health, safety, and welfare. The following exams are:

2022 ASID COLORMIX ALYSHAAN RUG AWARD WINNER
Contest Parameters: Design a custom Alyshaan rug using Sherwin-Williams’ MODE Colormix 2022 forecasted colors.

Design Concept: The title of my custom rug design is Dauntless Dreamland because I chose a bold, rug pattern to display soft and vivid colors. I fantasized over the Dreamland color palette because I loved how the sweetness of pinks were paired with energetic greens.
Once awarded, Alyshaan allowed me to independently select wool pom poms, approve my 18”x18” rug strike off, and promote my rug design at the Sherwin-Williams’ Colormix 2023 Forecast. The rug makers in India loved the design, so my winning rug size was upgraded to a 9’x12’!
