Project Parameters: ​Design amenity spaces for two welcome centers in Texas: Tri Pointe Homes Park Collection at Park Central in Georgetown, Texas and The Reserve at Arden Park in Anna, Texas.
​Design Programs: Photoshop, AutoCad, SpecSources & Excel

Designer Role: I executed renderings in Photoshop for the sales area and hospitality bar for Tri Pointe Homes Park Collection at Park Central to help the client visualize. I assisted in sourcing procurement and drafting furniture layouts in AutoCad for the welcome center at The Reserve at Arden Park.
