Project Parameters: Design a day spa that specializes in therapeutic treatment with an adjacently joined residence for clients. Select a building site that has a rough population of 4,200 people and is encompassed by parks, wildlife, and lakes.

Design Concept: Ooh La Spa is a day spa located in Newport, Vermont that includes spaces such as massage suites, a floor exercise area, a swimming pool, and a resting and reflecting area to aid in therapeutic treatment. Attached is a two-bedroom, one and a half bath residence for the clients to reside in after spa hours. Through the color scheme, floor plan layout, and finishes, the Ooh La Spa and clients' residence is filled with passion and plentiful peace.
