Project Parameters: The Kent holds luxurious, condominium residences inspired by Art Deco design in New York, New York. A married couple desires an area to entertain guests, yet a studious area for their two, highschool daughters to complete schoolwork. Focus on providing furnishings, finishes, and a lighting design that animate the residence while holding sophistication.

Design Concept: Upon entering the Kent's foyer, following right is quiet bed spaces or left is an open concept, kitchen, living, and dining area for entertainment. The vast windows will generate a feeling of contentment and create a sense of openness. There will be dazzling finishes like polished marble tiles and herringbone, white oak floors. Art Deco will be captured through a color scheme of emerald greens, muted pinks, and warm beiges with a glimmer of gold and hint of black to add a glamorous flair.
