Project Parameters: Fully renovate, space plan, and design 6,150 sq. ft. of a primary care clinic on the 14th floor of its building. Promote efficiency and create a spa-like feel, sense of “homefulness” and well-being. Incorporate OFS Carolina products, ADA Standards, and the HIPPA Privacy Rule

Design Concept: Well-being starts with the clinic’s name. Based out of Chicago, Illinois is Well “Bean” Primary Care, a primary care clinic that specializes in preventative care, as in wellness visits, for all ages. The clinic’s full renovation, will generate a spa-like feel by incorporating soothing, seafoam blues, soft, hopeful pinks, and strong, dusty reds. A sense of “homefulness” is captured in the clinic’s post-pandemic features such as using wooden-built planters to separate congested areas, implement the HIPPA Privacy Rule, and bring clean air into the clinic.
